  16. Hi Everyone;
  17.
  18. I have couple of clients who constantly do data entry and use their
  19. NUMLOCK key to do data entry.  They use Kermit 3.14 for Terminal
  20. Emulation, and emulate a VT320.  From time to time,  Kermit does not
  21. recognize that the NUMLOCK key is ON, and acts as if the NUMLOCK key
  22. is not selected.
  23.
  24. These clients have an enhanced 101 keyboard, and I have replaced the
  25. keyboard several time, but I don't think the the problem is the
  26. keyboard.  Also, whenever the do CONTRL W, which in VMS means refresh
  27. the screen, they NUMLOCK key gets recognized and everything seems to
  28. be working normal.  So everytime they experience this problem, they
  29. press CONTRL W, and the problem disappears.  Is there a solution to
  30. this problem?  Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
  31.
  32. Thank you for your time.  Please send me e-mail directly, if this
  33. problem has been discussed in this newsgroup.
  34.
  35.
  36. Sincerely,
  37.
  38.
